Matt is an elbow specialist from Scottsdale, Arizona.
As a former athlete, he has spent his entire career working with athletes and active people, getting them out of pain and back to performing. He has spent over 10 years doing so, including time in the MLB.
Driven to help active people get out of pain for good, Matt brings over a decade of experience in the field of orthopedics, especially the elbow.

Dr. Henry has worked with Matt for 4 years in the virtual rehab space. With over 10 years in sports and orthopedic physical therapy, he’s worked with athletes, gym enthusiasts, and anyone wanting to move better.
A former Iraq veteran, Dr. Henry earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis. His specialty? Fixing chronic injuries, especially back, knee, and shoulder pain, with a simple philosophy: don’t just recover, become injury-proof.
