No Matter How Bad Your Pain Is Right Now...You Are Closer to Healing Than You Think... And I'm Willing to Prove It 👇

If I told you you were one conversation away from knowing exactly what to do about your pain...you would laugh in my face.

Because after talking to countless experts and doing your own research, you still haven't found the answer.

I get it. You've been let down before.

That's what every single one of my clients tells me on our first call. They've been to multiple PTs, seen specialists, tried YouTube videos, bought courses, foam rolled until they were blue in the face...

Yet they're still in pain. Still frustrated. Still skeptical.

"Matt, I've tried everything. Nothing works for me."

But here's what happens next...

After just one 30-minute conversation, something clicks. The confusion ends. For the first time in months (or years), they have complete clarity on:

  • Why their pain isn't healing (it's never what they think)

  • The ONE thing that's been missing from every treatment they've tried

  • A step-by-step roadmap that makes sense for their specific injury

They walk away saying things like "Why didn't anyone else explain it this way?" and "I finally understand what I need to do."

That's the power of getting the right information from someone who knows what they're doing.

After treating 1,000s of clients over 10+ years in rehab, I've realized that every single success story started that exact way:

A conversation with the right person.

Now I'm offering you that same conversation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I really need to see a PT in person to fix my injury?

Nope. Most in-person clinics focus on outdated exercises, passive treatments, and insurance-driven billing instead of progressive strength training. That’s why people often stay stuck.

What about hands-on treatment? Isn’t manual therapy important?

Manual therapy has its place, but it’s not what actually fixes injuries. Long-term change comes from progressively loading your tissues; which you can do anywhere with the right plan.

How do you make sure my form is correct if you’re not there in person?

You’ll get detailed video instructions, I review all form videos you send me, and weekly check-ins. In most clinics, your “supervision” is a college-age tech juggling five other patients anyway.

What kind of equipment do I need?

Nothing fancy. If you have access to even the most minimal gym there is; or a home gym with barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells, you have all you need to get better.

Isn’t traditional PT more thorough?

Traditional PT is often expensive, time-consuming, and doesn’t guarantee results. Copays can hit $200 a session, plus you’ll lose hours traveling and waiting; for what? Exercises you could do at home with better coaching.

What makes your approach different?

I’ve worked with elite athletes (MLB, pro football). I know what actually works at the highest level, and I deliver the same strategy to you. If you’re ready for something better, I’ll show you exactly how.

" My shoulders, that usually sounded like a shoot out whenever I pressed, are now smooth as butter."

"I started working with Matt after a partial thickness tear in my pec from incline pressing. I was just starting to peak on my fitness journey and was not ready for this set back. I knew he would be the guy that would get me back to training as quickly as possible. Over the last few months, we have made tremendous progress and have even addressed some long term shoulder issues. My shoulders, that usually sounded like a shoot out whenever I pressed, are now smooth as butter. I’m able to load them more than ever before but without pain. Matt is great at following up with me and was available when I had questions. He understood my anxiety when it came to returning to heavy pressing movements and made sure I was prepared, mentally and physically. I couldn’t recommend him enough. My only regret is not reaching out to him sooner."

"I'm not worried about hurting my hip playing with my kids anymore"

I was dealing with left hip pain on squats for 8 months before contacting Matt. I went through the traditional PT route--with some improvement--but was ready to switch to machine only workouts because of continued regressions. In eight weeks, I made significant progress and feel totally ready to add weight to the bar and hit PRs again in 3/4 months. Aside from squatting, my hip would twinge and tweak playing with my kids or moving something out of the basement. I need to keep building strength, but I'm not worried about hurting my hip playing with my kids anymore--huge bonus. The rehab workouts were tough, but they were necessary to start correcting weakness on my left side. Will continue to incorporate them indefinitely. Worth it!

"not only did this service save me from possibly facing an unnecessary and complex knee surgery, to getting my life back. My entire lifestyle has changed for the better thanks to Matt"

"I've accumulated more orthopedic injuries in my lifetime than I care to remember. Among them, ruptured bicep tendon, ruptured hamstring tendon, arthritis in knees, injuring meniscus in knee, and numerous knee dislocations. I started working with Matt because my surgically repaired hamstring (~ 2 years from time of injury) felt weak and I wanted a change. As fate would have it, I had an arthritic flare-up in my knee about 2 weeks into the program. Then, as I was stepping back into my house with my dog, my knee violently popped and I was down for the count. Even before I saw an orthopedic doc, Matt pivoted the plan and helped me triage the swelling and pain and frankly, very limited mobility. I soon went from hobbling around the house, to walking mostly normal(ish), to 8 weeks after the pop, more or less operating like nothing had happened. In fact, I would argue that I'm better now than I was before the flare-up and pop. I owe it all to him and his methodology. In my opinion, not only did this service save me from possibly facing an unnecessary and complex knee surgery, to getting my life back. My entire lifestyle has changed for the better thanks to Matt. Never in my wildest dreams did I think 8 weeks after injuring my meniscus that I would be doing (for me) fairly deep squats in the gym, among many other things. But I am, and I feel great! That is the best thing about the service: the expertise combined with the fact that he actually cares. He wants you to succeed so you will have the tools to mitigate any pre-existing issues and have the best quality of life possible. Compare this to most PT's and doctors who essentially deem you fine if you can sit at a desk and walk to the bathroom. That isn't optimal, but Matt will get you to optimal if you follow the plan."

"I am back to full speed with very little pain. I say this because at the onset of our training, based on his read of my MRI/CT scan he said it would be impossible to fix 100% without a MINOR surgery"

"I had terrible knee pain and ROM limitations that I couldn’t pinpoint the cause of outside of long term wear and tear. Truly debilitating, hurt my quality of life type issue. Couldn’t get down to play with my kids, couldn’t go on walks without my knee locking up in pain, and forget any kind of leg training. Went to several PT’s and an orthopedic surgeon. After expensive wasted hours of massage and being told I needed major knee surgery (6 months+ recovery) I decided to hit my last resort - X dot com to look for another opinion. I came across Matt and the rest is history. 12 weeks of training later and I am back to full speed with very little pain. I say this because at the onset of our training, based on his read of my MRI/CT scan he said it would be impossible to fix 100% without a MINOR surgery to clean up some cartilage issues. He did assure me that we could take the major surgery off the table, which has been done. I am content with where I am now and will likely do a minor cleanup surgery to get back to perfect at some point next year. He’s easily accessible any time, and will constantly push for more information from you to ensure he’s providing the best advice and plan. 10/10 experience - would definitely work with him again, although hope to not need to!"

"Within the first couple weeks he was feeling better. 2 months later and zero pain"

"We reached out to Matt about our 14 year old son who had little league shoulder at the end of March. We saw our local PT for 3 months and when it came time to do his return to throw program. He was still having pain. After a consult with Matt he provided a good strength and mobility program for his upper body. Within the first couple weeks he was feeling better. 2 months later and zero pain and he’s back to his original long toss distance plus with a little extra velocity to boost. Matt was easy to talk to, communicated regularly throughout each week checking in, modifying stuff as needed. I highly recommend not wasting time if you have any nagging injuries. Reach out and let him help you."

"After my program with Matt my groin is healed and back to squatting heavy. I can pull ups pain free again"

"I was dealing with chronic tennis elbow injury that had lasted me over a year and also a groin injury for 5 months. It was getting in the way of my daily life and my workout routine. I have worked with many therapists in the passed with no success. After my program with Matt my groin is healed and back to squatting heavy. I can pull ups pain free again. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with any injury. Matt would frequently check in with me would constantly optimize the routine we were doing. He is very professional and accommodating to your goals."

"Now I walk around every day without constant pain"

"I worked with Matt for my bad shoulder that had gotten progressively worse over 8 years. It was weak, caused me constant pain and I was limited from the activities that I loved; especially surfing. Now I walk around every day without constant pain, I feel confident when using my shoulder. It no longer holds me back. I've gained lifelong knowledge to take care of my shoulder now."

"Fast forward 2 months - my posture and mobility is so much better and the shoulder feels stronger than it has done for 8 years"

"I had struggled with a weak right shoulder for 8 years after surgery for a labrum tear playing rugby. I tried everything from physio to YouTube videos, but my shoulder had slowly gotten worse and I eventually developed tendinopathy in my right bicep. I was in constant pain. I couldn’t play the sports I loved and had to be careful when lifting my 2 year old girl. I took the plunge and booked in with Matt. At first I was skeptical and hesitant in buying into the Twitter hype, it’s not the sort of thing I usually do. Now I wish I had done this much sooner (years earlier in fact)! He set out both a strength and mobility plan and we stuck to it solidly for a couple of months. We spoke weekly on video and he always answered questions I sent him via message in between calls. Recovery isn’t always linear and so having him there to advise me was really important and provided peace of mind. Fast forward 2 months - my posture and mobility is so much better and the shoulder feels stronger than it has done for 8 years. The constant pain has gone and my quality of life has improved no end! I am back to playing golf and tennis, which I love but couldn’t do for months. For that I am so appreciative. And I don’t have to worry l about picking up the children either! I plan to continue using the exercise plans I learnt from Matt for the next few months and eventually incorporate many of the exercises into a more permanent exercise routine. If you are struggling with chronic shoulder pain, I’d genuinely encourage you to think about a plan with Matt. Yes there is an upfront cost but if you dedicate yourself for 2-3 months under his guidance, you will really feel the benefit. It has the potential to improve your quality of life and save you regularly making expensive physio appointments over the longer term."

"I was unable to swim for long distances, lift heavy, or even throw a football more than five times....I’m now able to do all of these things and more."

"I’ve had a shoulder injury for multiple years. Before working with Matt, I was unable to swim for long distances, lift heavy, or even throw a football more than five times. After going through the program I’m now able to do all of these things and more. The best thing about Matt's service was the constant availability. To be able to get in contact about any questions is an incredible feature. The individual accommodations make his program the best choice to make!"

I went from totally hunched over, to stiff but mobile, to less stiff and back in the gym, to no stiffness and running 7 miles twice a week and fully back in the gym

"I’m Tim and I’ve got degenerative disc disease. It’s led to herniated discs in my lower back. The pain from the disc herniation was enough to stop me from moving, force me to one side while standing, and cause muscle spasms. I came to Matt after an MRI confirmed a new herniation and the pain stopped me from doing daily tasks. Matt set me up with a movement regime that started with exercises for acute injury, mostly helping to soothe agitated muscles while the inflammation subsided. That plan shifted to more strength-based movements that challenged my lower back muscles, improving my mobility. I went from totally hunched over, to stiff but mobile, to less stiff and back in the gym, to no stiffness and running 7 miles twice a week and fully back in the gym. The process took time, but I kept the consistency with Matt’s program and felt gradual progress. I’m glad to have knowledge of how to deal with my DDD now. I’m glad to have a process to get back to moving should I injure my back again. Appreciate all Matt does and would recommend the process to anyone with an aggravating lower back problem."
